Built on the previous footprint of Kian Gwan House, we present 140 Wireless, a state-of-the-art office building with first class facilities that offers a much sought-after work and life balance. The building is a notable example of functionalist architecture.

Construction of the new building began in January 2020 and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2021.

Interior

Reducing the structure to its simplest form by keeping floors as open as possible to create generous light filled spaces, the interiors achieve a sense of spatial and aesthetic unity.
